MERCEDES-BENZ EQC CAR LEASING
The world of cars turns quickly. At the 2016 Paris Motor Show, Mercedes-Benz debuted its ‘Generation EQ’ concept car, a zero-emission all-electric SUV that was to be the first vehicle of a new sub-brand – the EQ series. Just two years later at the 2018 edition of the Paris event, Mercedes pulled the covers back on the finished production model. We are now proud to offer to you Mercedes EQC lease deals here at Synergy on either a business or personal lease agreement.
Named the Mercedes-Benz EQC, Mercedes-Benz says that this compact luxury SUV is the first of ten future models that will host a ‘EQ’ series designation and run on pure electric power, with more models set to follow in the early part of this decade.
From a design perspective, the new Mercedes-Benz EQC lease features a distinctive look, with rounded edges and a large, curved radiator grill that sets it apart from the other combustion-powered Mercedes SUVs. It’s clear that the EQ series will have its own distinctive design language, but it refrains from being a radical shift and instead tries to be more of an evolution on the current Mercedes approach.
Of course, there’s no engines to be found here. If you went looking underneath the body, you’d instead find two separate electric motors – one to power the front wheels and one to power the rears. The new Mercedes-Benz EQC is primarily front wheel driven, with the rear motor only called into action if extra power is needed under hard acceleration. Vital statistics for the powertrain are as follows – 397bhp, 259-miles of range (according to WLTP testing procedures) and a 0-62mph time of 5.1-seconds. There’s no gearbox to be found here, and using electric power also means that there’s also no engine noise, making it a very relaxing drive but still quick when called upon thanks to its instant torque.
A Mercedes-Benz EQC is still a Mercedes-Benz, of course. To that end, a Mercedes EQC lease deal is equipped with a beautiful modern interior complete with the latest technology, including navigation that can utilise the ingenious ‘what3words’ geocode system. This is of course part of the new MBUX infotainment system that can be interacted with via the touchscreen or by voice control. MBUX features artificial intelligence so it can learn, adapt to and even predict your personal habits, making it one of the most advanced infotainment systems on the market, perfectly fitting for this forward-thinking machine.
