Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Reporting directly into the Marketing & Communications Director, you will manage our existing Email Marketing Programme to drive enquiries, re-engagement and renewals into the business.  You will also play a key role in website development projects, and monthly updates to the website working with our agency partners.  You will oversee our social media, working with the wider team, to drive enquiries and awareness through social media.  You will also support the marketing team with other marketing and communications projects as required to deliver our growth objectives.  This is a varied, hands-on and fast-paced role in a friendly and ambitious business, that would suit someone looking to take their first step into a Senior Digital Marketing Executive role, or an individual who wants to develop their marketing manager skills further in an exciting and growing business.  This role may also suit an individual with a digital agency background looking to move client-side.

 

Senior Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise the existing email marketing programme to drive the business growth agenda using Mailchimp
  • Oversee and deliver the social media plan and continually optimize to improve results
  • Manage website developments on a monthly basis, and project management of new website development projects
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other evaluations tools; assess the results and make recommendations to optimise future campaigns
  • Understand and analyse Synergy’s competitors, the market and consumer trends
  • Ensure all marketing and promotional activity aligns with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements
  • Manage and execute other marketing and communications projects as required

 

Senior Digital Marketing Executive Requirements:

  • Experience of running email marketing campaigns, and use of Mailchimp a distinct advantage
  • Project management skills – experience of managing website development projects and website updates
  • Experience of managing social media accounts and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Competent user of Google Analytics
  • Creative skills coupled with analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Degree in Marketing / Business / Advertising or similar
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a digital marketing role

Junior Data Analyst

You will join us as a Junior Data Analyst working as part of a growing team of data analysts, the role is critical to driving car leasing enquiries into the business through accurate pricing on the website.

Junior Data Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Gaining accurate pricing information from third party systems
  • Analyse, manipulate and interpret the data to provide the best pricing
  • Provide vehicle information, promotional information and pricing information to the Marketing Team
  • Competitor pricing analyse and marketplace benchmarking
  •  Allocation of enquiries from the CRM system to the sales team as required

Junior Data Analyst Requirements:

  • Experience in either a data / analytic role and / or a technical / administrative role
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Data Analysis (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic formulae)
  • Highly numerate with a good technical skill set
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A fantastic opportunity to join the Synergy Car Leasing Team as a Trainee Sales Account Manager/Sales Account Manager. The online Business and Personal leasing market is growing at a time when other areas of automotive and finance sales are under pressure. Our Sales Team enjoy a busy environment managing all types of customers from private individuals to large, limited companies. Successful applicants will work with some of the best people in the industry, undertaking a full training programme. Due to the training and management support required, this role is office based from our Harrogate, North Yorkshire location.

 

Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Undertake full sales development training programme
  • Learn to use our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to effectively time manage and communicate with prospects & customers whilst managing time efficiently
  • Learn to work with and understand multiple finance systems, brands and products to achieve sales objectives whilst delivering a great customer experience

Sales Support Coordinator (After Care Specialist)

This is an exciting role supporting both the Client Services Team in day-to day administration as well as the Customer Service Manager dealing directly with customers reporting any delivery issues with their new lease vehicles.

You’ll manage customer communication via email and telephone to ensure that all documentation, such as finance documents, proofs of identification, order and delivery updates, are managed in a timely and professional manner, maintaining our high customer experience ethos. You’ll also be confident talking to customers on the phone to solve any issues with vehicles on delivery, liaising with third -party suppliers to provide the best outcome in a timely manner.

Sales Support Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Communication by email and telephone with our clients and suppliers
  • Creating Vehicle Orders from internal systems
  • Processing identification & finance paperwork
  • Managing the internal and external post
  • Creating Welcome Letters & Driver Letters from internal systems
  • Processing delivery paperwork packs
  • Liaising with Sales Account Managers to manage any customer updates as required
  • Logging delivery issues and reporting them to third parties to solve and following up where required; liaising with customers directly on the telephone and email

Sales Support Coordinator Requirements:

  • Good written skills
  • A clear, confident and articulate telephone manner
  • Resilient manner in dealing with issues directly with the customer by phone and email
  • Attention to detail, both written and verbal
