The online Business and Personal leasing market is growing at a time when other areas of automotive and finance sales are under pressure.   • Undertake full sales development training programme

Sales Support Coordinator (Trainee)

This is an exciting, entry-level role supporting the Client Services Team in day-to day business administration. Full training will be provided, learning key tasks and roles across the Client Services Department to gain rounded experience in different areas of business and customer administration.

After training, you’ll manage customer communication via email and telephone to ensure that all documentation, such as finance documents, proofs of identification, order and delivery updates, are managed in a timely and professional manner, maintaining our high customer experience ethos. You’ll also be trained on using our customer management system for customer communications, as well as receiving training on inputting finance proposals to support the wider team and gain a broad level of experience.

You will join us as a Junior Data Analyst working as part of a growing team of data analysts, the role is critical to driving car leasing enquiries into the business through accurate pricing on the website.

Junior Data Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Gaining accurate pricing information from third party systems
  • Analyse, manipulate and interpret the data to provide the best pricing
  • Provide vehicle information, promotional information and pricing information to the Marketing Team

Content Manager

You will join us as Content Manager where you will be managing the content marketing and SEO programme through content optimisation working closely with our SEO Agency to deliver the strategy. Developing and implementing the Content Marketing plan, creating engaging content for the Synergy website as well as third-party sites, and developing link building and digital PR campaigns to drive Google organic rankings. This is an office-based role within the Marketing and Communications Team in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Content Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and be the main point of contact for the SEO Agency
  • Optimise and improve the content of the copy on the website, working in partnership with the SEO Agency to identify key opportunities and manage the process
  • Manage and develop the Content Marketing plan for the website for promotion via email and social media, writing and executing key articles and information; researching and producing engaging content which helps drive traffic towards the site, managing a content and editorial calendar that expands the current content hub
  • Identify, contact and engage with online publishers/third party websites to create relevant content to promote Synergy and/or link back to the Synergy website. This includes researching and identifying key targets/opportunities for content, pitching ideas, following up, ensuring publication and managing the relationship with key individuals within media outlets
  • Monthly reporting on activities and results
  • Maintaining expertise on SEO, outreach, digital PR and best practice industry trends and updating the Management Team on key information
  • Ensure strategy is in line with audience search behaviours and adapts to changing search trends
  • Ensure SEO targeting aligns with industry trends and changes in consumer needs
  • Identify technical issues that could be affecting performance or site usability
  • Provide input on new website designs and developments, making sure wireframes and architecture are in-line with SEO strategy and focus
  • Awareness of Google updates and the effects of such on the performance of the website
  • Competitor Analysis - Understanding strategy of competition and identifying opportunities on how we can perform against this

Content Manager Requirements:

1-3 years experience in a similar SEO or digital marketing role in house, or agency-side. This role may suit someone looking for the next step in their SEO/Content career or an individual looking for a move from agency to client side. You may also have experience in public relations or journalism and be looking to make a move into digital marketing/digital PR/content marketing.

Data Team Supervisor

The Data Team Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision of the data team, primarily ordering the workload for the team, and managing priority tasks.  Also responsible for accurate and timely pricing of vehicles on the website by using online systems to gain pricing information, manipulate the pricing into Excel files across different contract configurations and upload into the website.  Identifying key pricing priorities and opportunities and ensure the accuracy of pricing on the website in order to drive enquiries into the business.

Data Team Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision
    • Ordering and prioritising work for the data team: Data Analysts, Trainee Data Analysts and Data Processor
    • Prioritisation of data tasks based on the requirements of the business and market demand, including reacting quickly to new promotions as they become available and resetting priorities in a fast moving, competitive marketplace
    • Assisting the data team with any complex tasks
    • Working with the sales team, management team and marketing team to provide timely and relevant pricing information
  • Accurate Data and Pricing on the Website
    • Responsible for gaining accurate pricing information from third party systems and working with a Data Processor to gain timely pricing information
    • Analyse, manipulate and interpret the data to provide the best pricing across a range of different vehicles and different vehicle contract configurations
    • Upload the data file into the website and verify accuracy and ensure there are no issues
    • Provide updates to pricing/new promotions to the sales team and wider business using clear written and verbal communications
  • Competitor and Marketplace Intelligence
    • Compare pricing against key competitors online to ensure competitive pricing in a fast moving and dynamic marketplace
    • Communicate in a clear written format to the sales team and the wider business with updated pricing information
    • Communicate in a clear verbal manner to update the sales and marketing teams as well as the wider business on competitor information and pricing priorities

Data Team Supervisor Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in either a data/analytic role and/or a customer facing role in a fast-moving environment

Digital Marketing Executive

This is an exciting role within a growing and ambitious company to develop your career in digital marketing. The role involves managing our social media channels, including paid-for advertising, and developing the content marketing plan for our website, supporting our SEO strategy. You will also support the marketing team with website development projects and other on- and offline marketing activity.
