Position: Trainee Sales Account Manager (Vehicle Leasing)

About the role:

Responsibilities:

- Managing a large number warm leads via the website and telephone to achieve your sales targets.

- Understanding customer requirements, providing quotes to the customer using online systems and following up with telephone calls, texts and emails.

- Maintaining accurate customer records on the CRM system.

- Working with our Client Services Team to ensure clear communication with third parties and the customer, maintaining our excellent customer service levels.

- Ensuring financial conduct regulations are consistently met during customer communication and throughout the transaction.

 

About you:

You are ambitious and driven looking for the opportunity to demonstrate your commitment and energy in return for recognition and the opportunity to progress with us as we grow.

You’ll be looking to take your first or next step in a sales role following several years work experience in a customer-facing role, and keen to begin your career with a growing company. Your previous experience may include retail, insurance, customer service, or banking as well as other industries, but more important is your attitude and potential.

You will be able to manage multiple online quoting systems and be diligent in following up with customers and third-party suppliers via phone, text and email to achieve your sales objectives.  You must be numerate, have an eye for detail and understand the importance of following set processes to comply with internal and external industry requirements.

You will be articulate, with a great telephone manner and capable of dealing with an end to end sales process, taking responsibility for your own customers. You will be a team player with a positive mindset.

Customer Service Manager

About the role:

This is a new position within a growing and ambitious company in a fast moving sector, and reports directly into the Client Services Director.  The Customer Service Manager deals directly with all customer issues relating to vehicle deliveries, contractual complaints or vehicle complaints and finds best outcomes for the customer and the business.  The role involves working with the Compliance Officer to ensure any complaints which are reportable to the FCA are logged and the complaints process is adhered to, in line with our customer commitment ethos and high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising directly with customers and supplier on the telephone, email and written communication to solve all types of issues and complaints
  • Ensure satisfactory solutions are found for all parties, focusing on delivering best outcomes and maintaining our best in sector customer experience ethos
  • Ensuring that the client services team, sales team, compliance officer and leadership team are communicated with as appropriate, and updated on specific complaints/issues where relevant
  • Ensuring that all complaints are dealt with following the company’s complaint procedure and are recorded within our systems; and management information reports (MI) are kept up to date and provided to the board of directors on a monthly basis and annually to the FCA where applicable
  • Liaising with our suppliers to agree solutions and best outcomes in order to resolve issues and complaints
  • Liaising with suppliers, account managers, the compliance officer and the wider team, as well as listening to calls and reviewing paperwork in order to investigate complaints in a thorough, timely, detailed and satisfactory way
  • Dealing with customers and suppliers in a positive and assertive way, and confidently dealing with difficult situations

 

About you:

  • Trained and/or has experience of dealing with difficult situations to deliver best outcomes; a complaint handling qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment would be a distinct advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal tactfully and respectfully with difficult situations
  • The ability to produce accurate and timely management information and analysis to all stakeholders
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a complaint handling or customer service role
  • Previous experience in a regulated environment would be an advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility and a positive outlook
  • Highly resilient and assertive, team player
  • An individual who can grow professionally and personally as the role continues to grow

About the role:

 

This role which takes responsibility for the monthly management accounts (working in partnership with our retained accountancy firm), bank and payment reconciliations, general accounts administration, management information (MI) reporting to be submitted to the board of directors on a monthly basis, assistance with annual budgets and forecasting.

 

You will work independently in this role, and work closely with the Managing Director, the Company Secretary and Director, and the Client Service Director.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Preparation of monthly management accounts, working in conjunction with our external accountancy firm.

- Bank and payment reconciliation.

- General accounts administration.

- Preparation of monthly Management Information (MI) from a range of internal data sources.

- Assistance with annual budget and forecasting.

 

About you:

 

  • Degree in Accountancy and/or professional accountancy qualification – you may be part-qualified or newly-qualified or ready to start your professional qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in an accounts administrator role and you are ready for the next step
  • Experience of using Xero a distinct advantage
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well across the organization and across departments at all levels
  • Ability to adapt quickly to requests for new information or reports in a fast-moving environment
  • Analytical skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organisational skills
