Service and Maintenance Guide

To get the most out of your leasing experience, all lease vehicles must be maintained and serviced to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

If you have opted for a Maintenance Plan as part of your leasing agreement, contact your provider for maintenance, servicing and tyres, as well as in the event of a breakdown.   See contact details below.

If you do not have a maintenance plan, your vehicle can be serviced either at a local main dealer or at an approved local garage which is VAT registered and uses genuine manufacturers parts (depending on your finance providers' requirements).

WHAT NUMBER DO I NEED TO CALL IN THE EVENT OF A BREAKDOWN?

If you have a  Maintenance Plan, call your provider in the event of a breakdown.

If your lease car is still under warranty, you may also be covered for breakdown recovery, depending on the individual manufacturer.

TYRES

If you need new tyres, contact your Maintenance provider if you have a maintenance plan.

If you do not have a maintenance plan, the tyre should be replaced to the exact size of the current tyre, but it does not have to be the same brand of tyre, and can be taken to any reputable provider.  Please keep any paperwork of the transaction.
