Service and Maintenance Guide

To get the most out of your leasing experience, all lease vehicles must be maintained and serviced to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Contracts with Maintenance & Servicing Included

If you have opted to include Maintenance & Servicing as part of your leasing agreement, contact your finance provider for maintenance, servicing and tyres, as well as in the event of a breakdown.  Occasionally, for specific requirements, your maintenance contract may be with a separate provider.  if this is the case, details were sent to you separately. See contact details below.

Customer Maintained Contracts

If you do not have maintenance included in your lease agreement, your vehicle can be serviced either at a local main dealer or at an approved local garage which is VAT registered and uses genuine manufacturers parts. This is dependent on your finance providers' requirements, so please check with your provider for peace of mind. 

What number do I need to call in the event of a breakdown? 

If you have a Maintenance Plan, call your finance provider in the event of a breakdown.

If your lease car is still under warranty, you may also be covered for breakdown recovery, depending on the individual manufacturer. If you do not have a mainteance plan, it's a good idea to take out your own breakdown cover to ensure full peace of mind throughout the term of your lease.

Tyres

If you need new tyres, contact your finance provider if you have a maintenance plan.

If you do not have a maintenance plan, the tyre should be replaced to the exact size of the current tyre, but it does not have to be the same brand of tyre and can be taken to any reputable provider.  Please keep any paperwork of the transaction.
