Citroen C3 Business & Personal Car Leasing Offers
The C3 has been a key part of the Citroen range since 2002. Now in its fourth generation, the latest model has been completely redesigned for 2024, bringing refreshed styling, and more efficient engines, while keeping the comfort and character it’s known for.
Positioned as a practical and affordable small hatchback, the new C3 sits below the C4 in the Citroen line-up. It’s designed to be easy to drive, comfortable to live with, and simple to use every day. Whether you’re looking for a petrol or the electric e-C3, the C3 combines compact dimensions with useful space and strong standard equipment. As of August 2025, the Citroen ë-C3 now qualifies for the Electric Car Grant, helping to lower the cost of electric leasing. See our full guide to Electric Car Grant vehicles.

Engine & Performance
Citroen C3 leasing is available with a choice of petrol engines or the electric e-C3. Petrol models use a 1.2-litre PureTech engine with either 100bhp or 110bhp depending on the trim. Gearbox options include a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic, with fuel economy of up to 50mpg (WLTP) and CO₂ emissions from around 120g/km. The C3 is designed for relaxed, everyday driving, with light steering and a soft suspension.
The fully electric Citroen ë-C3 joins the line-up for the first time in 2024. It uses a 44kWh battery paired with a 113bhp electric motor and delivers up to 199 miles of range (WLTP). Acceleration from 0–62mph takes around 11 seconds, and 100kW rapid charging means a 20–80% top-up takes less than 30 minutes.
Exterior Features
The latest Citroen C3 has a taller, more upright design that gives it a fresh look and makes it easy to get in and out of. At the front, slim headlights and a new grille design give it a more modern feel, with the Citroen badge now built into the lighting signature.
The raised ride height adds helps with visibility, while plastic cladding around the wheel arches and lower bumpers adds a bit of extra protection for everyday use. Depending on the trim, you’ll get solid or metallic paint and the option of a contrasting roof colour for a more personalised look. Alloy wheels come as standard across the range, with different designs fitted to You, Plus and Max models.
Interior Features
Inside the Citroen C3 lease, the cabin is designed to be practical and comfortable. The dashboard layout is clean and easy to use, with physical controls for things like heating and air conditioning, so you’re not relying entirely on the touchscreen.
Citroen’s Advanced Comfort® seats are fitted across the range, offering extra padding and support that makes a real difference on longer trips. There’s good head and legroom up front, and the raised seating position gives a clear view of the road. In the back, there’s enough space for two adults or three children, making it a solid choice for smaller families.
Boot space stands at 310 litres, which is big enough for the weekly shop or a pushchair. Depending on the trim, you’ll also find a 10.25-inch touchscreen with smartphone mirroring, along with a digital display behind the wheel to show key driving information clearly.
Safety Features
The Citroen C3 includes a good level of standard safety features. Every model comes with lane departure warning, speed limit recognition and a driver attention alert system. Higher trims like the Max add rear parking sensors and a reversing camera. There’s also a tyre pressure monitoring system fitted as standard, along with six airbags and ISOFIX points in the back for child seats.
The car’s higher driving position also helps with visibility, which is a big plus around town or on busy roads. While it doesn’t include the most advanced driver assist systems as standard, the essentials are all there for peace of mind day to day.
Technology Overview
- 10.25-inch touchscreen with smartphone mirroring (You, Plus, Max)
- Digital driver display (Plus and Max)
- Rear parking sensors and reversing camera on Max
- Bluetooth, USB ports and DAB radio on all trims
- Automatic air conditioning on Max trim
