Synergy Automotive’s growth vision has been fuelled by a raft of new staff and internal promotions.

The leading vehicle leasing and finance credit broker – who attributes its sustained success to providing an excellent leasing experience to every customer – has further bolstered its team to meet growing demand for its services.

The latest expansion for the Harrogate business includes the recruitment of two sales account managers, a finance administrator and a data processor – further growing its data and digital team.

The growth has been further strengthened by internal promotions, with three sales account managers promoted to sales manager, assistant sales manager and senior account manager respectively. Synergy’s culture is to promote from within wherever possible, and this phase of its continued development delivers on this principal.

Powering the team to 28-strong, the new posts and promotions coincide with Synergy being shortlisted in the Best Medium Leasing Broker and Best Medium Leasing Broker Customer Service categories of the high-profile Leasing Broker Federation’s Awards 2017.

Earlier this year the company clinched the coveted Gold Trusted Service Award from global independent feedback engine, Feefo, for the third consecutive year with a Feefo 5 Star rating.
