Peugeot 3008 Business & Personal Leasing Offers

The 3008 has been part of Peugeot's range since 2009, and today's model is the third generation. Its predecessor sold more than 1.32 million units across 130 countries during a seven-year production run, making it one of Peugeot's most successful models. The current fastback SUV arrived in the UK in 2024, built on Stellantis' dedicated STLA Medium platform and offered with Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid, and fully electric E-3008 power. It suits company car drivers, families, and anyone in between who want a distinctive-looking SUV with a genuine choice of powertrains.

The new 3008 passed 100,000 sales across Europe within six months of going on sale, with the all-electric E-3008 taking 31% of the UK sales mix, above the segment average. GT trim has proven especially popular here, accounting for as much as 85% of UK E-3008 orders, a sign of Peugeot's shift toward a more premium position while keeping the range accessible enough to remain one of the more popular options in its class. Its panoramic i-Cockpit display, distinctive fastback design, and full spread of electrification give it broad appeal across company car and personal leasing customers on a Peugeot 3008 lease.

- Body Type: SUV

Key Specifications

Peugeot 3008 trims include Allure, Allure Premium, GT, and GT Premium:

- Allure: Entry point to the range and comes on 19-inch Breda diamond-cut alloy wheels, with Peugeot's panoramic i-Cockpit spread across two 10-inch HD screens and a Safety Plus Pack covering automatic emergency braking and lane keep assist as standard.

- Allure Premium: A Adds a 360° Vision & Drive Assist Pack, with adaptive cruise control, long-range blind spot monitoring, and four exterior cameras replacing the single reversing camera. It also gains heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and a 10-way adjustable, AGR-certified driver's seat.

- GT: Sits above Allure Premium and swaps the dual 10-inch screens for a single 21-inch curved panoramic i-Cockpit display, adding Pixel LED headlights, 3D connected navigation, and a hands-free electric tailgate.

- GT Premium: Tops the range with a Black Diamond roof and Alcantara-trimmed dynamic seats, on top of AGR seats gaining massage functions and heated rear side seats. It's also the only trim offering the Dual Motor 325hp all-wheel-drive powertrain on the E-3008.

Beyond trim levels, a handful of factory options are available across the range. A tow bar can be specified on Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid versions, increasing braked towing capacity over the standard rating, while an upgraded FOCAL premium sound system suits drivers who want a noticeable step up in audio quality. Advanced Grip Control adds four traction modes for slippery or unsurfaced ground, and a sunroof pack brings a panoramic opening glass roof to trims where it isn't already standard. Cost-option paint finishes are also available on top of the no-cost Obsession Blue. Availability can vary by trim and current manufacturer ordering options.

Engine & Performance

The 3008 is offered with three distinct powertrains: a self-charging Hybrid, a Plug-in Hybrid, and the fully electric E-3008, with power sent to the front wheels except on the range-topping Dual Motor version, which drives all four.

The Hybrid 145 pairs a 1.2-litre PureTech turbo petrol engine with a small electric motor for a combined 145bhp, driving through a six-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. It needs no plugging in, and Peugeot claims more than 50% electric driving time in town. 0-62mph takes 10.2 seconds, with a top speed of 125mph, and combined fuel economy is up to 52.5mpg depending on trim and wheel size, with CO2 emissions of 123-143g/km.

The Plug-in Hybrid combines a 1.6-litre PureTech engine with a 92kW electric motor for a combined 195bhp and 350Nm of torque, giving a noticeably brisker 0-62mph time of 7.8 seconds and a 137mph top speed. Its 21kWh battery gives up to 52 miles of WLTP electric range, and combined with CO2 emissions of just 19-20g/km, that makes it the pick for company car drivers who wany a lower Benefit-in-Kind rate.

The all-electric E-3008 comes in three outputs. The Standard Range uses a 73kWh battery and 210bhp motor for up to 326 miles of WLTP range and a 8.8-second 0-62mph time, while the Long Range swaps in a larger 97kWh battery and 230bhp motor for up to 435 miles of range, at a similar 8.7 seconds to 62mph. The range-topping Dual Motor version adds a second motor for four-wheel drive and 325bhp, cutting 0-62mph to 6.0 seconds while still returning up to 306 miles of WLTP range. Rapid DC charging tops out at 27-30 minutes for a 20-80% charge across the electric range, and all versions come with paddle shifters behind the steering wheel, letting the driver choose between three levels of regenerative braking to suit their driving style.

Exterior Features

Peugeot repositioned the 3008 as a fastback SUV for this generation, most visible at the front, where a frameless grille sits beneath slim LED headlights and a three-claw daytime running light signature that carries through to the rear lights. Allure and Allure Premium keep standard LED headlights, while GT and GT Premium step up to Pixel LED units, which adjust the beam automatically to avoid dazzling other drivers. At the rear, a "floating" spoiler, borrowed from Peugeot's Quartz concept car, marks out the sloping fastback roofline.

Allure and Allure Premium ride on 19-inch alloy wheels, while GT Premium moves up to a 20-inch Sofia diamond-cut design on Plug-in Hybrid and Electric versions. Six body colours are available, including the no-cost Obsession Blue, whose dichromatic pigment shifts between blue and green depending on the light. The remaining finishes, including Nera Black and Okenite White, are cost options.

A factory-fit tow bar is available on Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid versions. Independent testing puts the Plug-in Hybrid's braked towing capacity at up to 1,550kg, the highest in the range, with Hybrid and Electric versions rated lower, in the region of 1,200-1,350kg depending on version.

Interior Features

Inside, the layout is built around Peugeot's panoramic i-Cockpit, which spans two 10-inch HD screens on Allure and Allure Premium, and a single curved 21-inch HD panoramic display on GT and GT Premium. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come as standard across the range, and GT trim adds customisable i-Toggle shortcut buttons alongside ChatGPT-enhanced voice control for hands-free requests.

Allure uses Dynamic seats trimmed in fabric with grey stitching, alongside a soft-touch dashboard. Allure Premium keeps the same seat design but adds heated front seats and a 10-way AGR-certified driver's seat, covered in more detail under Key Specifications. GT introduces white-stitched fabric upholstery, ambient interior lighting, aluminium pedals, and a heated leather steering wheel with a GT-badged finish, while GT Premium tops the range with Alcantara-trimmed Dynamic seats, adding massage functions, adaptive side bolsters, and heated rear side seats on top of everything on GT.

Storage includes a centre console with cup holders, wireless phone charging from GT Premium, and USB-C charging points throughout the cabin, rising to four ports on GT and GT Premium. The boot holds 588 litres with the rear seats up, rising to 1,663 litres when folded, on Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid, and the two single-motor Electric versions. The Dual Motor Electric is slightly smaller at 544 litres, or 1,619 litres folded, since some of that space is given over to the rear motor.

Safety Features

The current 3008 was tested by Euro NCAP in May 2025, scoring an overall four-star rating, with 82% for adult occupant protection, 85% for child occupant protection, 79% for vulnerable road users, and 62% for safety assist.

Automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist with road edge detection, front collision warning, driver attention alert, and speed limit recognition are all standard from Allure via the Safety Plus Pack, alongside a driver vigilance camera that monitors for signs of fatigue or distraction. Allure Premium adds long-range blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, Peugeot's Smartbeam automatic high beam assist, and a 360-degree camera system built from four exterior cameras, replacing Allure's single reversing camera.

Adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go is standard from Allure Premium upwards, and GT Premium adds Drive Assist Plus 2.0, Peugeot's most advanced driver assistance package, which layers on lane positioning assist and recommended speed adaptation for semi-autonomous driving on suitable roads.

Business Leasing

A Peugeot 3008 business lease suits company car drivers, directors, and fleet drivers who want a distinctive SUV with a genuine choice of powertrains. The Plug-in Hybrid and Electric versions qualify for lower Benefit-in-Kind rates, while the self-charging Hybrid suits drivers who cover higher mileage without access to charging. Fleet leasing with the 3008 gives businesses a straightforward way to source multiple vehicles across a spread of emissions profiles, suiting fleets at different stages of moving towards lower-emission cars.

Personal Leasing

A Peugeot 3008 personal lease is a straightforward way to drive a distinctive, well-equipped SUV without buying it outright. It suits drivers who want a genuine choice between self-charging Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid, and fully electric power, and those who want more can step up to GT or GT Premium for extra technology and styling. Fixed monthly payments give you certainty over the cost of your lease throughout the agreement.

Peugeot 3008 lease offers can be built around your annual mileage, contract length, and initial rental, giving you a clear monthly cost for the duration of your agreement.

Peugeot 3008 Salary Sacrifice

As a fully electric model, the E-3008 may be suitable for salary sacrifice, letting eligible employees lease a new car through their gross salary and reduce their Income Tax and National Insurance contributions. This is only available where an employer already has a scheme in place, and employees will need to meet their employer's eligibility criteria to take part. The Plug-in Hybrid's low CO2 emissions currently sit under the qualifying threshold too, though how plug-in hybrids are treated for company car tax is due to change, so it's worth checking current eligibility before committing. If your business is looking to introduce or manage a salary sacrifice scheme, Synergy's team can help.

Looking for something similar?

Similar models to our Peugeot 3008 lease deals include:

- Toyota C-HR: Distinctive coupe styling paired with efficient self-charging or plug-in hybrid engines, plus a digital cockpit and Toyota Safety Sense across the range. It suits drivers who prioritise Toyota's reputation for reliability over the 3008's fastback styling and electric range-topper.

- Hyundai Tucson: One of the UK's best-selling family SUVs, offering petrol, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid power. It's a solid alternative for drivers who want a familiar, tried-and-tested choice over the 3008's more distinctive styling, though it doesn't offer a fully electric version to match the E-3008.

- Renault Symbioz: A smaller, more conventionally styled family SUV that undercuts the 3008 on price without matching its premium feel inside. It's a good alternative for drivers who want a dependable hybrid.
