For drivers who want efficiency and low running costs, the A5 TFSI e plug-in hybrid pairs a 2.0-litre petrol engine with an electric motor and 14.4kWh battery, producing a combined output of 299bhp and up to 66 miles of electric-only range (WLTP). At the top of the range, the S5 uses a 3.0-litre V6 TDI producing 347PS and 700Nm of torque for rapid acceleration and effortless cruising.
All models feature a seven-speed S tronic automatic gearbox, with Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive available on more powerful versions for added grip and stability.
