Engine & Performance
The Audi A6 range offers a broad choice of efficient and refined engines.
Petrol options include the 40 TFSI and 45 TFSI, while diesel choices range from the 35 TDI up to the more powerful 50 TDI quattro engine. Most models feature mild-hybrid technology as standard for improved efficiency and smoother performance.
The TFSI e plug-in hybrid combines a 2.0-litre petrol engine with an electric motor, offering up to 41 miles of zero-emission range (WLTP). The quattro all-wheel drive system is available on selected models for added traction and control.
The all-electric A6 e-tron Sportback adds a battery-powered option to the A6 range. It offers up to 437 miles of WLTP range, delivers 374bhp, and supports fast charging as standard.
Exterior Features
The Audi A6 combines sharp, executive styling with a choice of Saloon, Avant and Sportback body types. LED headlights, a wide Singleframe grille and defined body lines give the car a clean, modern look across the range. Alloy wheels come as standard, ranging from 18 to 20 inches depending on trim. S line, Black Edition and Vorsprung models add sportier design elements such as larger wheels, gloss black styling and unique bumpers. At the rear, LED taillights with signature lighting patterns and integrated exhaust trims complete the A6’s premium appearance.
Interior Features
Inside, the Audi A6 offers a clean, well-finished interior across all body types, including Saloon, Avant and the upcoming Sportback. It comes with a 14.5-inch OLED touchscreen that offers easy access to navigation and entertainment.
Higher trims feature ambient interior lighting, extended leather finishes and additional design inlays for a more premium feel. The Sportback is expected to carry over the same features, paired with a more sloped roofline and coupe-inspired cabin design.
The Saloon and Avant both provide generous legroom and supportive seats, with split-folding rear seats and a large centre armrest for added practicality. The Avant adds up to 565 litres of boot space, ideal for carrying luggage or equipment.
Safety Features
The Audi A6 includes a range of safety and driver assistance features as standard across all models. These include Audi Pre Sense Front, Lane Departure Warning, cruise control, and front and rear parking sensors.
