It’s built on the new Premium Platform Electric (PPE), shared with the Audi Q6 e-tron and Porsche Macan Electric, and marks Audi’s latest step into the electric executive car market.
Sitting between the Audi Q6 e-tron SUV and the larger A8 luxury saloon, the A6 Sportback e-tron provides a sleek shape, spacious interior and strong all-electric range. It’s designed for drivers who want the comfort and space of an executive saloon, with the efficiency and technology of a modern EV.

Our Audi A6 Sportback lease deals are available in three trim levels:
- Sport: The entry-level trim comes with 19-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, adaptive cruise control and a fully digital Virtual Cockpit.
- S Line: Adds a sportier look with 20-inch alloys, S Line styling details, Matrix LED headlights and sport seats with leather and Dinamica upholstery.
- Edition 1: The top-spec model includes 21-inch alloys, panoramic glass roof, adaptive air suspension, extended ambient lighting and the advanced MMI Navigation Plus system.
The Audi A6 Sportback e-tron is available with three electric powertrain options. The 210kW model features a single rear-mounted motor paired with an 83kWh battery. It produces around 282bhp and offers a WLTP range of up to 328 miles.
The 270kW Performance model also uses a rear-wheel drive setup but upgrades to a larger 100kWh battery and boosts output to around 362bhp. It improves acceleration while extending the range to approximately 381 miles.
The 315kW Quattro model adds a second motor for all-wheel drive, delivering a combined output of around 429bhp. With the same 100kWh battery, this version accelerates from 0–62mph in roughly 4.5 seconds and offers an estimated range of up to 382 miles.
The Audi A6 Sportback e-tron stands out with its aerodynamic silhouette, flush door handles and distinctive LED lighting signature. Its design balances an executive look with modern EV styling, including a fully enclosed front grille and sculpted side panels that help improve airflow.
All models come with alloy wheels ranging from 19 to 21 inches depending on trim, along with Matrix LED headlights on higher-spec variants. The Edition 1 trim adds details such as a panoramic glass roof and high-gloss black exterior styling elements. Rear lighting is joined by a full-width LED strip, giving the A6 Sportback a sleek and recognisable rear profile.
Inside, the Audi A6 Sportback e-tron offers a clean, high-tech cabin with premium materials and a spacious layout. The main attraction is Audi’s dual-screen MMI system, with a 10.1-inch upper display for infotainment and an 8.6-inch lower screen for climate controls. A 12.3-inch Virtual Cockpit comes as standard across the range.
Higher trims introduce features such as heated and ventilated front seats, extended ambient lighting, and a panoramic glass roof. The seating position is low and comfortable, with high-quality finishes throughout.
The Audi A6 Sportback e-tron comes with a wide range of safety and driver assistance systems as standard. These include adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, rear-view camera, front and rear parking sensors, and Audi pre sense front – which helps detect potential collisions and can apply the brakes if needed.
