DENZA Z9GT Business & Personal Car Leasing Offers
The Z9GT sits at the top of DENZA's UK range, built on the brand's dedicated e³ Platform rather than a shared BYD Group architecture. It's offered in both fully electric and plug-in hybrid form, giving DENZA Z9GT leasing customers a choice between outright electric running costs or the flexibility of a hybrid powertrain.
The Z9GT is designed with a sleek, shooting brake body style, pairing estate-like practicality with the length and style of a sporty coupe. The car comes equipped with high-tech features, including a 20-speaker Devialet audio system and digital side mirrors in place of traditional glass units. Active rear-wheel steering adds further capability, enabling both a "Compass Turn" manoeuvre that lets the car rotate within a tight 360° radius, and a "Crab Walk" ability, which can shift the whole car sideways for easier parking and tight manoeuvring.

Engine & Performance
The DENZA Z9GT is built on DENZA's dedicated e³ Platform, offered in both fully electric and plug-in hybrid form.
The fully electric, all-wheel-drive version uses a 122kWh second-generation Blade Battery. Rather than fitting as a separate unit underneath the car, the battery is integrated directly into the vehicle's structure via DENZA's CTB (Cell-to-Body) technology, which improves rigidity and frees up cabin space. The three-motor setup produces 1,140bhp and 1,210Nm of torque, giving 0-62mph in 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 168mph. WLTP range stands at up to 372 miles. DC Flash Charging takes the battery from 10-70% in 5 minutes and 10-97% in 9 minutes, while AC charging is rated at 11kW.
The Z9GT also features active rear-wheel steering as part of its e³ Platform, offering up to 15 degrees of steering angle and a tight 4.62-metre turning circle. This is managed by Vehicle Motion Control (VMC), a system that continuously adjusts power, braking and steering across all four wheels, responding within 10 milliseconds to keep the car stable through quick direction changes or in slippery conditions. Suspension uses a double wishbone setup at the front and a five-link arrangement at the rear, both with dual-chamber air suspension, paired with cross-drilled brake discs on all four corners.
Exterior Features
The Z9GT's exterior design draws on flowing, silk-inspired lines intended to balance aerodynamic efficiency with a distinctive road presence, helped by a wheel-to-axle ratio of over 3:1 for its elongated, shooting brake silhouette. Signature 108-zone adaptive LED Matrix headlights use a single-side design that automatically adjusts beam pattern to driving conditions, complemented by dynamic welcome lighting and a dual tail wing at the rear.
The car rides on multi-spoke alloy wheels with yellow brake calipers. Additional details include electric, soft-close doors, a panoramic glass sunroof with electric sliding sunshades, and a "Smart Projection Tailgate" that opens automatically when a sensor detects the driver's leg nearby.
Interior Features
Inside, the Z9GT is fitted with genuine leather seats, with power-adjustable, independent front seats offering heating, ventilation, and massage functionality. An electric leg rest is also fitted, alongside a Dynamic Side Bolster system that supports the driver during cornering. The two rear seats also recline, and come with the same functions as the front. Natural wood veneer is applied to the dashboard and door panels. A knitted fleece headliner completes the interior.
A built-in dual-temperature onboard refrigerator, adjustable from -6°C to 50°C, keeps drinks and small items chilled or warmed on longer journeys. The cabin also includes dual 50W wireless phone chargers up front, a single 50W charger for rear passengers, and a 20-speaker Devialet sound system.
Safety Features
As a newly launched model, the Z9GT has not yet been tested by Euro NCAP, so an official safety rating is currently unavailable.
Standard safety equipment includes 9 airbags covering the front, sides and a centre airbag between driver and front passenger, alongside Automatic Emergency Braking, Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control and Hill Descent Control. A 360-degree parking camera system is backed by 12 parking sensors. The Z9GT's Lidar-based Advanced Driver Assistance System covers adaptive cruise control, lane departure assist, emergency lane keeping assist and blind spot detection, with further features such as intelligent speed limit control and highway navigation assist activated later via over-the-air updates.
