Posted 8 years agoThe Boxer has been a part of the Peugeot van range since 1994, sitting above the mid-sized Expert and compact Partner in the brand’s commercial line-up. It’s the largest van in the range, built to handle heavy-duty use across sectors like logistics, construction and mobile services.
Now in its third generation, the Boxer shares its platform with the Citroen Relay and Vauxhall Movano under the Stellantis Group. This gives it a proven base, while the latest updates bring a refreshed design, new cabin layout and enhanced driver assistance systems. The line-up includes efficient BlueHDi diesel engines as well as the all-electric e-Boxer.

Peugeot Boxer leasing is available in a choice of two trims:
- Professional: Well-equipped entry-level trim includes manual air conditioning, rear parking sensors, cruise control with a speed limiter, DAB radio with Bluetooth, and a full steel bulkhead.
- Professional Premium+: Adds extra technology and convenience features such as a 10-inch touchscreen with connected 3D navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic air conditioning, and front fog lights.
The Peugeot Boxer is available with a choice of BlueHDi diesel or fully electric powertrains. The 2.2-litre diesel engine produces either 120bhp or 140bhp, both paired with a six-speed manual gearbox and front-wheel drive. These engines offer a good balance of power and fuel efficiency, with fuel economy of up to 34.6mpg (WLTP) depending on configuration. Payload capacity varies by model but can reach up to 1,500kg.
The all-electric e-Boxer features a 120kW electric motor powered by either a 37kWh or 75kWh battery, depending on the model. The larger battery delivers up to 261 miles of range (WLTP). With 50kW rapid charging capability, an 0–80% charge can be completed in around an hour.
The Peugeot Boxer is built for practicality, with a wide choice of body lengths and roof heights to suit different business needs. The panel van is available in L1 to L4 lengths and H1 to H3 roof heights, offering load volumes of up to 17m³. Twin rear doors open to 180 degrees as standard, with optional 270-degree hinges for easier loading. A sliding side door comes as standard, with a second available on some models. Higher trims include body-coloured bumpers, daytime running lights, front fog lights and electric folding door mirrors.
Inside the Peugeot Boxer, the cab is designed for comfort and practicality. All models come with a three-seat layout, durable materials and multiple storage compartments throughout the cabin. The Professional Premium+ trim includes a 10-inch touchscreen with connected 3D navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as automatic air conditioning. The driver’s seat is height and lumbar adjustable, and the middle seat can fold to create a mobile desk surface. A full steel bulkhead separates the load area for added safety and noise reduction.
Peugeot Boxer leasing includes a range of safety and driver assistance features to support everyday use. Standard equipment includes rear parking sensors, cruise control with a speed limiter, ESC with hill-start assist, and a driver’s airbag.
