Nissan Qashqai Business & Personal Car Leasing Offers
The Qashqai is a five-seat family SUV that sits between the Juke and X-Trail in Nissan’s range. It first went on sale in the UK in 2007 and is now in its third generation, with the latest model receiving a major update in 2024. It suits families, commuters and company car drivers who want more space than a hatchback without moving up to a larger SUV.
A Nissan Qashqai lease is available with mild-hybrid petrol or e-POWER hybrid technology. The e-POWER model uses a petrol engine to generate electricity for the electric motor that drives the wheels, returning up to 65.7mpg WLTP without needing to be plugged in. The mild hybrid offers a more conventional petrol driving experience, giving drivers a choice depending on budget, mileage and fuel economy.
- Body Type: SUV
- Fuel Type: Petrol or Hybrid
- Fuel Economy: Up to 65.7mpg (WLTP)
- Seats: 5
- Boot Size: Up to 504 litres

Engine & Performance
The Nissan Qashqai is available with mild-hybrid petrol and e-POWER hybrid technology. Both are front-wheel drive, although they use different engines and transmissions.
The mild hybrid uses a 1.3-litre turbocharged petrol engine supported by a small battery. It produces 156bhp and 270Nm of torque, with a choice of six-speed manual or Xtronic automatic transmission. Nissan quotes fuel economy of 44.1 to 45.6mpg WLTP and a 0-62mph time of between 9.2 and 10.2 seconds.
The latest e-POWER system combines a 1.5-litre petrol engine with a 2.1kWh battery and an electric motor. The petrol engine generates electricity, while the electric motor drives the wheels, so there is no need to plug the car in. It produces 187bhp in normal driving and up to 202bhp in Sport Mode.
Fuel economy improves to as much as 65.7mpg WLTP, while CO2 emissions start from 100g/km. The e-POWER model can reach 0-62mph in 7.9 seconds, falling to 7.6 seconds in Sport Mode, making it both the quicker and more fuel-efficient powertrain in the current Qashqai range.
Exterior Features
The latest Nissan Qashqai has a wider front grille, slimmer LED headlights and revised front and rear styling introduced as part of its latest update. Wheel sizes and exterior details vary by trim. Acenta Premium starts with 17-inch alloy wheels, while N-Connecta moves to 18-inch wheels. N-Design adds larger 20-inch diamond-cut alloys, body-coloured lower bumper sections, black roof rails, sequential LED indicators and two-tone paint.
Higher trims add further exterior equipment. Tekna includes 19-inch black alloy wheels and a panoramic glass roof, while Tekna+ uses 20-inch diamond-cut alloys and adds Intelligent Matrix LED headlights. Nissan also offers a range of two-tone paint finishes from N-Design upwards, including Ocean Deep, Fuji Sunset Red, Magnetic Blue, Pearl White and Ceramic Grey paired with a black roof. Colour and specification availability can vary by trim and current manufacturer ordering options.
Interior Features
The Nissan Qashqai cabin centres on a 12.3-inch NissanConnect touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital driver display. From N-Connecta, the infotainment system includes Google built-in, giving access to Google Maps, Google Assistant and compatible apps directly through the car.

Acenta Premium includes dual-zone climate control and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while N-Connecta adds wireless smartphone charging. Tekna and Tekna+ add further comfort features, including electrically adjustable front seats, heated seating and upgraded Bose audio on selected versions.
The Qashqai seats five and offers up to 504 litres of boot space, depending on specification. Folding the rear seats increases carrying capacity to as much as 1,447 litres. The rear doors open to around 85 degrees, which can make fitting child seats and helping passengers into the back easier.
