TESLA MODEL S CAR LEASING
Tesla’s Model S transformed the way the world perceived electric cars and introduced new and exciting features never before seen in a production car.
It’s probably best to introduce the Tesla Model S lease with some facts. This is an all-electric, all-wheel drive saloon car with a range of up to 370-miles, a 0-60mph sprint time that can be as quick as 2.4-seconds, and a top speed of 163mph. In addition to this, it features a centralised 17-inch touchscreen system, autopilot technology and storage space in the front and rear.
There’s really nothing quite like Tesla Model S leasing, and it’s quite hard to believe that it has been around for nearly 7-years now, as it still seems like such a futuristic and forward-thinking offering. This is the car that demonstrated to the world that an electric car doesn’t have to be a small, boring car that feels like an appliance. The Model S made it clear that an electric car can be fun, it can be comfortable, and it can feel like something a bit special too.
The Tesla lease options for the Model S include a 75 or 100kWh battery pack that sends power to two electric motors, one for the front wheels and one for the rears. There’s no gearbox, this is something of an electric car characteristic, there’s just a single speed transmission managing the power – in the 100D model this equates to roughly 414bhp. In P100D spec, the power comes out to a remarkable 600bhp, and with the electric car instant torque, this is the model that records a 2.4-second sprint to 60mph, faster than almost every road car in history. For reference, this is acceleration closer to that of a Formula 1 car than to a regular road machine.
Tesla cars come with a range of interesting features, mostly focused around the giant 17-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Adaptive LED lighting, semi-autonomous driving capability and even -somewhat bizarrely- a Bio-weapon defence mode. In addition to the existing features, occasionally, Tesla will send you more via the downloadable update system and sometimes this even includes ‘Easter eggs’ – fun features designed purely to put a smile on your face.
