Unveiled in early 2026, it follows models such as the EX30 and EX90 and brings fully electric power to one of Volvo’s most important SUVs. While it succeeds the popular XC60, the EX60 is built on Volvo’s new SPA3 electric platform, introducing a new generation of software, safety systems and battery technology.
The XC60 has been a cornerstone of Volvo’s SUV range for well over a decade and remains the brand’s best-selling car globally. With the EX60, Volvo builds on that success while moving the model into a new era. Choosing a Volvo EX60 business lease can also offer advantages for company car drivers thanks to the low Benefit-in-Kind tax rates. Volvo EX60 leasing is available in two trims.
- Plus: Includes 20-inch matt and glossy black diamond cut alloy wheels, a panoramic roof, a 360-degree camera with 3D view, Matrix LED headlights, and a 15-inch infotainment screen.
- Ultra: Adds larger 21-inch matt graphite diamond cut alloy wheels, a Bowers & Wilkins sound system, electrochromic panoramic roof, high-definition pixel headlights, and dark tinted rear windows.
Volvo EX60 leasing offers several battery and powertrain options, giving drivers a choice between efficiency, range and performance. The entry-level EX60 P6 uses an 80kWh battery, delivering up to 385 miles of range (WLTP). Thanks to the EX60’s advanced 800-volt electrical system, it supports rapid charging speeds of up to 320kW, allowing faster charging compared with many electric SUVs that still use 400-volt systems.
Stepping up, the EX60 P10 features a larger 91kWh usable battery, increasing range to around 410 miles (WLTP) while boosting peak DC charging speeds to 370kW.
At the top of the range, the EX60 P12 uses a 112kWh usable battery, delivering up to 503 miles of range (WLTP). This version also supports 370kW ultra-rapid charging, helping reduce charging times during longer journeys. All Volvo EX60 models use lithium-ion NMC battery technology, designed to provide strong energy density and durability.
The EX60 introduces the brand’s latest electric design language while keeping the familiar proportions that have made the XC60 so popular. At the front, the EX60 features Volvo’s signature Thor’s Hammer LED daytime running lights, paired with advanced Matrix LED or high-definition pixel headlights depending on spec.
Along the side, flush design elements and carefully shaped panels improve aerodynamic efficiency. A panoramic glass roof adds to the exterior design while also helping bring more natural light into the cabin. At the rear, the EX60 retains Volvo’s distinctive vertical LED tail lights, which frame the tailgate and extend into the rear pillars. Dark tinted rear windows and subtle gloss black detailing further emphasise the EX60’s clean Scandinavian styling.
At the centre of the cabin sits a 15-inch portrait touchscreen infotainment display powered by Google built-in, giving drivers access to Google Maps, Google Assistant and Google Play apps directly through the car.
Ahead of the driver, a fully digital instrument display provides navigation, range and driving information. The clean dashboard layout reduces physical buttons, creating the minimalist look that has become a hallmark of modern Volvo interiors.
Comfort is also a priority. The EX60 features ergonomic front seats designed with Volvo’s long-standing focus on occupant wellbeing, while a panoramic glass roof helps bring more natural light into the cabin. Higher-spec models add a Bowers & Wilkins premium sound system, ambient interior lighting and upgraded upholstery finishes.
