As an SUV, it’s larger than the Atto 3 but smaller than the Seal U.

There are three trim levels to choose from:
- Comfort (2WD) – Single-motor, 308bhp, up to 300 miles (WLTP). Base spec but comes generously equipped e.g. heated and ventilated seats alongside 12-speaker Dynaudio sound system as standard.
- Design (AWD) – Dual-motor, 523bhp, up to 283 miles (WLTP) with larger 20-inch bi-colour alloy wheels.
- Excellence (AWD) – Shares the same dual-motor and performance as Design trim, with up to 312 miles (WLTP) but adds real leather upholstery in place of vegan leather found in lower trims, and includes head up display.
The Sealion 7 offers a choice of two battery sizes, an 83kWh unit with a WLTP range of up to 300 miles and a larger 91kWh battery that extends this to 312 miles. It also supports DC rapid charging, with a 10-80% charge taking as little as 24 minutes. As standard, all Sealion 7 models come with a heat pump, helping to improve efficiency in winter months and extend battery life.
On the outside, it’s clear that the Sealion 7 is part of the brand's Ocean Series. Inspired by the Seal saloon, it has a low-slung bonnet, a fastback silhouette with a sloping roofline, and flush door handles. All this helps improve aerodynamics and efficiency while still turning heads.
At the rear, a full-width LED light bar adds to its premium feel, while an electric tailgate with gesture control makes everyday driving more convenient.
