Synergy Car Leasing Named an ‘Outstanding’ Workplace by Best Companies for Second Year Running
Harrogate-based Synergy Car Leasing has once again been recognised as an “outstanding” place to work, achieving a 2-Star rating from Best Companies for the second consecutive year.
The prestigious 2-Star accreditation reflects the company’s high levels of employee engagement, measured through the b-Heard Employee Engagement Survey—an initiative Synergy runs annually. Insights from the survey are used to shape the company’s HR strategy, helping enhance the working environment and maintain a culture where employees thrive.
Following feedback from last year’s survey, Synergy implemented a range of positive initiatives, with a key focus on strengthening community engagement. One of the outcomes was the company’s new partnership with its local football club through the Harrogate Town Kickback Scheme—a grassroots initiative that provides junior football clubs in the region with complimentary match tickets and cashback on additional sales. Clubs are then able to reinvest their cashback into equipment, kit, and training, while young fans build a stronger connection with their local team.
